Complaints and Concerns
It is important that the Kura responds to complaints in a fair and consistent manner and in accordance with the relevant employment contracts and legislation. If you have any concerns or would like to lodge a complaint, here are the steps to take:
In the first instance, please contact the office/tari either via phone or email below.
You can also request to meet with the Pou Whakahaere or Tumuaki via the office or email below.
If you are making a complaint against a staff member or another student, make an appointment with the office to see the Tumuaki. The Tumuaki will investigate and compile a report and take appropriate actions as required.
If you are making a complaint against the Tumuaki, a formal written complaint should be made to the BOT Chairperson.
Where appropriate, outside mediation may be sought.
